It all started in 2001 with the idea of ​​exporting cheese to the United States without any experience in the field of export and proved necessary requirements for the introduction, a very close relative called Cuauhtemoc Albarran I told us he had a friend named Daniel Hernandez which was in the production of the famous Queso Cincho, and has the idea of ​​exporting its product through us as we had no experience in the job a little doubt the idea put forward by Daniel and Cuauhtemoc, after much stress in this project we decided to ship the first shipment to Chicago Illinois, during which it held the equivalent of 400 kilos, due to the great demand for the product was sold the same day it was received in the city, bought at that time by a shop called Carniceria Leon Guanajuato. From that moment I started the business of importing Queso Cincho, in 2002 the company was created RODRIGUEZ IMPORTS, LTD. Which continued with the importation of Cincho Cheese and other products such as the Mole Teloluapan, dried shrimp, shrimp Ground, Charales Dry, herbs herbs, among others. The business remained active until 2007 because the FDA (the US government) increased requirements and quality standards for the import of many products including Queso Cincho did not meet any of these standards.
The idea of importing products into the United States under a new company was reborn in 2014 [EL LEON CORP, LLC.] But in this new stage again with a vision beyond the importation of products free of pathogens and bacteria that are not accepted or Approved by the FDA and cause damage to the health of humans who consume it. Now with the help of two Mexican companies expert in the manufacture and handling of traditional Cincho Cheese, it has been created with the same texture and original flavor, only in this occasion free of any bacteria or pathogen, and made with whole cow's milk , without preservatives, milk powder or vegetable fats, thereby achieving supreme quality.
Thanks to the experience of those who gave their best and continued to persist for several months to move forward with the project, our Cheese Cincho is the highest quality and favored by consumers.
